The newborn stage is not here for long and the best time to capture this precious stage in your babies life is anytime before baby reach 14 days old. At this point newborn babies are still very sleepy and like to curl up as if they were still in the womb.  Once newborns get older they might get a bit colicky and they will start to move much more which means that they are more likely to be disturbed while sleeping. 

Capturing your newborn within the first two weeks of life while they are still sleepy and curled up, can make all the difference in your newborn portraits. Sessions are baby led and take around 3 to 4 hours however please bear in mind that occasionally they can be longer. 

We will shoot individual baby portraits as well as mum and baby, dad and baby and family shots too.
